This is a 4 bedroom villa with some long term residents so the atmosphere is calm & respectful. You'll have a private room with an ensuite bathroom & a front balcony area. Rooms are cleaned twice a week & bedding is changed once a week. There is a shared living room with a piano. The shared kitchen is fully equiped & there's a Nutribullet. You'll also have access to dumbbells & a weightlifting bench. There is a washing machine & you'll have a parking space for a vehicle should you wish to rent a car :)

Please note: renter is responsible for paying for their own electric (roughly 300-400k per month). This is not a party household.
