This villa is in the center of Bedulu (south west ubud) and is a nice retreat location.  It's on a cul-de-sac so there is no motorbike traffic.  Friendly neighbors.  High walls and good privacy.

Yeh Pulu Temple and Waterfall is 5 min walk from the villa  and has a mile or so walking trail (see video) that is amidst the rice patties with no bikes or cars.  Take a look at the Yeh Pulu cafe as it's a restaurant on the trail

Water comes from a ground well on the property and is not treated.  It fills a cistern on the roof via a on/off switch you control and gravity feeds water to the bathroom and kitchen.  The water is great quality compared to the chloramine you'll find in town when taking showers.  Not necessarily drinkable directly.  Several small grocery stores in the area have 5 gallons bottled water that you can either get delivered or haul on your motorcycle.

Several large and prolific gardening areas that you can plant whatever you’d like.

Lots of sun!  Villa bedroom faces directly sunrise – so you get a lot of sun up until about 12-1pm.  Then afternoon hotter sun doesn’t hit the villa too much given the large trees behind the villa.

Three separate buildings with a yard and large porch for practice.  

You can also easily get onto the roof of the main house via stairs.

There is no mold inside the buildings.

- Electricity (normally $20 per month without a/c) - can be paid online via a Tokopedia account otherwise paid at a Indomaret around the corner

- Housekeeping (I can put you in touch with a housekeeper that has been taking care of the place)

- Cooking Utensils (can be purchased at Bageos closeby or Delta Dewata)
