convenient spot close to everything.

Each studio is fully furnished and includes:

• High-speed internet

• Block-out curtains

• Clothes airer

• Water supply (non-drinking)

Electricity is on a separate meter, so you only pay for what you use :)

Housekeeping is provided twice weekly (Monday & Thursday) — this includes floor and bathroom cleaning, plus fresh sheets and towels. (Kitchenette cleaning is not included.)

All furniture, appliances, and bedding are brand new.

We operate a long-term tenant only complex, so all guests are quiet and respectful of each other.
