• King-size Spring Air USA bed with smooth-quality linens, large pillows, and a spacious cupboard

• Air conditioner

• Private bathroom with hot & cold shower

• Private kitchen with refrigerator, stove, and simple cooking utensils

• Dining table and chairs

• Up to 100 Mbps fiber-optic WiFi

• 32-inch flat-screen TV

• Price is per month (electricity is excluded — tenants purchase their own prepaid token (online purchase possible).
