2. Free Service Declaration
Our platform is completely free to use. We do not charge any fees for listing properties or connecting with property owners/agents. We do not participate in any financial transactions between parties.
3. Property Listings
- Property listings can be posted freely by property owners, agents, or their representatives
- We do not verify the accuracy or legitimacy of listings
- We do not perform background checks on property owners or agents
- We reserve the right to remove any listing at our discretion
4. User Responsibilities
Users are responsible for:
- Conducting their own due diligence before entering into any agreements
- Verifying the legitimacy of properties and property owners/agents
- Viewing properties in person before making any payments
- Ensuring proper contracts are in place before financial commitments
- Following safe transaction practices
5. Disclaimer of Liability
Bali Villa Hub:
- Is not responsible for the accuracy of listing information
- Does not guarantee the quality or condition of properties
- Is not liable for any disputes between users and property owners/agents
- Takes no responsibility for financial transactions between parties
- Is not responsible for any losses or damages incurred through the use of our platform
6. Safety Guidelines
For your safety, please keep the following in mind when using our platform:
- Always view properties in person before sending any payment
- Meet owners or agents in public places when possible
- Verify ownership documents and listing details
- Never share sensitive personal or financial information
- Report suspicious listings or behavior to our team
7. Currency
Our default currency is IDR. While we may show prices in other currencies for convenience, any transactions should be made in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) in accordance with Indonesian law.
