Villa Lexi is a 3 bedroom villa with pool in a quiet area of Padonan just a few minutes walk to Baked coffee and on a dead end road so has very little passing traffic.
Bedrooms are all 180x200cm beds, aircon and en-suite bathrooms. Has parking for car and a few bikes or multiple motorbikes.
We are planning on moving back to Europe early 2026 and are looking to sell the remaining 4+ years of the lease. The original owner is however open to offers of up to 30 year lease hold or potentially freehold sale also hence the listing as 30 year leasehold.
Remaining 4+ years would be 1 billion IDR to take remainder of lease until May 2030. Could move in anytime from February 2026.
