I am the current tenant. I am Indonesian, married to a Brit. We've lived in this property since it was completed in June 2025. It's airy, sunlit, and cozy. And most importantly for us, there's no pool. This place is 2KM from Sanur Sea Port and is surrounded by all the necessities & entertainment. Not to mention the bigger roads compared to the rest of Bali. Unfortunately, we've recently received urgent news that requires us to relocate to the UK far sooner than expected. It's bittersweet—we were just beginning to enjoy this space, but now we need to pass it on. The property remains in pristine condition, and the lease is already paid in full through May 2026. We’re now looking for someone who’ll appreciate the comfort and simplicity of this home as much as we have, and who can take over the lease with ease.
