The ground floor is the heart of the villa: an open-plan living room, dining area, and fully equipped Smeg kitchen that opens through floor-to-ceiling glass onto the pool terrace. The ocean is right in front of you from the sofa, the dining table, and the pool itself. The kitchen has Smeg appliances, oven, cooktop, and coffee machine, everything you need if you want to eat in or just make morning coffee without leaving the villa. Upstairs is a mezzanine layout with two bedrooms, each with a king-size bed and a full ensuite bathroom. The bathrooms get natural light and partial ocean views. There’s also a rooftop balcony with seating, a good spot for morning coffee or evening drinks, though nearby development is currently visible from this level (see “Other things to note”). The villa is designed to feel open and connected rather than sprawling. Soundproof glass throughout means the interior stays quiet regardless of what’s happening outside.
