The villa is bright and airy with 3 well-appointed bedrooms, and living area equipped with AC. The kitchen is fully equipped with induction stove, pots and pans, coffee maker, and everything you need to cook a healthy home made meal.

Villa Inclusions:

- 2 cleaning services per week

- Linen change once a week

- Towel change once a week

- 2 pool cleanings per week

- Electricity token of IDR 500,000 provided at the start. After that, the guest will continue the payment, and management will provide the meter ID and purchase instructions

- WiFi 100mbps

- 2 gallons of Aqua water provided at the beginning of the rent term. Guests are expected to purchase more after that at their own expense.

Exclusions:

- Refill of coffee, tea, sugar, cleaning supplies, toilet paper, shampoo, and soap.

Note:

- Pets are not allowed

Payment Terms:

- After booking is confirmed, a 10% deposit of the total amount is required to secure the dates and allow the management to block the desired dates.

- A 10% security deposit is also required upon signing of contract.

- The remaining balance must be paid 1 week prior to check-in.

Check-in and Check-out Times:

- Check-in is at 3 PM

- Check-out is at 11 AM

- If late check-out or an extended stay is required, it must be informed at least 1 week before the check-out date with written confirmation, and additional charges may apply.

Security Deposit:

- The security deposit is refundable within 7 days after check-out, provided there is no damage or loss of property.

Villa Condition:

- Before check-in, the villa’s inventory list will be provided, and the villa will be set up neatly. Upon check-out, the villa should be returned in the same condition as it was at check-in.
