- your own living room with sofa & smart tv

- fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to make your food (blender, food processor, sandwich maker, air fryer, rice cooker, microwave, small oven, hand mixer are available to use)

- decent sized pool (not the tiny one 😀)

Exclude :

- Electricity

- Laundry (villa bedsheet & towel laundry)

- personal consumption of drinking water
