The space

Welcome to "Umalas Living," an inviting complex comprising 6 unique villas and 5 individual lofts, nestled on a tranquil dead-end street. We officially opened our doors in January 2022, and we're excited to introduce you to our serene retreat. Each of our 5 villas is thoughtfully decorated, providing a harmonious blend of space and amenities. Please be aware that the specific unit you'll be assigned will be based on availability.

Our prime location in Umalas, a peaceful residential area that links the lively neighborhoods of Berawa/Canggu and Seminyak, means you're just a quick 4-minute scooter ride or an 8-minute car journey away from Berawa. Getting to us from the airport is a breeze, with a convenient 35-minute drive. To explore the area with ease, we recommend using a motorbike or online transportation services.

Safety is paramount at "Umalas Living," as our property is equipped with CCTV and security personnel who keep watch from afternoon till morning. You'll find that all of our units come complete with a private pool and garden. While the bedroom area and kitchen offer serene views of our communal garden, the garden and pool face the opposite direction.

For your reference, please note that the pool in our lofts measures 570cm x 200cm and has a depth of 150cm, providing a refreshing oasis to unwind.
