The property is easily accessible by motorbike or car and includes on-site parking. Detailed arrival instructions will be provided before check-in to ensure a smooth arrival, including guidance for drivers and delivery services.

Guest access

Guests have full private access to the entire studio, including the sleeping area, living space, kitchen, and en-suite bathroom.

The entrance is private, and the studio is for your exclusive use during your stay.

This is a private studio designed for comfortable, longer stays and everyday living. It is best suited for solo travelers or couples who value a calm environment.

The studio is located in a residential area, and we kindly ask guests to be mindful of noise, especially in the evenings.

While the space is spacious and functional, it is not a luxury hotel or resort-style accommodation.

For monthly stays, there may be electricity credit or not depending on your rate. Any extra, the guest can pay directly based on the charge as it is a prepaid system. Same for gallons as well. Otherwise, housekeeping, WiFi etc etc, is all included. Pet refundable caution fee is 500k for each stay.
