Each house has its own character and private space, while still being part of a warm and welcoming community atmosphere.

Next to the property, there is a community space with a children’s playground and childcare facility, which brings a friendly and lively atmosphere in the mornings. You may occasionally hear children starting their day from around 8:30 AM, which adds to the natural community environment.
