Welcome to our stunning designer villa, a sought-after space often featured in photo shoots and filming. It's rare to find such a large and open villa in Canggu these days, as most new builds sit on compact blocks—this one truly stands out. Parking for 3 cars and many bikes.

PLEASE NOTE

You MUST tell us if you plan to have an event. We allow parties but if there is music / DJ we have to register the celebration with the local banjar (council) and there is a fee of approx USD$100 paid direct to them and what they do is send a regular security patrol around to make sure it doesnt get out of hand and disturb the neighbours. That rule if for all of Canggu and Seminyak areas - not something that can be avoided. They will also limit the finish time of the DJ to 9 or 10pm depending on the day of the week. If you plan a party without prior notice it will not be allowed to proceed. Please be transparent because most things are possible so long as we know in advance. We host many parties and in particular hens days. More info below about events.

MAXIMUM 17 PEOPLE but we think 8 - 10 adults plus kids is comfortable. All adults (17 people) is not ideal and may not be comfortable enough and must be discussed before booking.

La Masia Canggu - one of Bali's most popular villas for photoshoots and celebrations.

We do welcome and allow photoshoots and parties at La Masia but we have some non

negotiable rules:

Any DJ or amplified music, including live performance must be registered 2 days prior with the local Banjar (council) as an event with a fee of approx 1.5 mil IDR paid direct to them (USD$100 / AUD$150) Villa staff can help with this.

If there are outside guests invited (not registered guests staying in the villa) there is an event fee of 2 MIL IDR plus copy of passport of the event organiser / responsible person.

No Glassware allowed for parties - plastic cups must be provided by caterer / bar service provider. No exceptions except Bintang which is a strong glass and does not fall hard and break in pool but if you get Bintang cans that is better.

If the rules are broken and a glass is broken in pool the event will be immediately cancelled and the expense of emptying and refilling the pool will be on the guest. Approximately 3 mil IDR

Any stained or damaged furniture / accessories must be paid for replacement at retail price value as we cannot wait for a wholesale order before next guests arrive.

Events must finish at 10pm unless extra extension is applied for and paid for with Banjar but this is often declined.

Outside vendors such as caterers / bar service / event manager must have their own staff insurance and must pay a 5 mil IDR cash security deposit returned at the end of the event after all is cleaned and left in the same condition they found it in.

Correct amount of people attending must be informed to villa staff prior to the event. Without prior consent no more than 30 people including inhouse guests will be allowed at an event. At the end of the event any guests not staying in the villa must leave quietly and the event has to finish.
