Villa 8A is coming up for long term rental on December 23rd. 2024. The fully serviced villa includes everything that you would need to make your stay in Bali a delightful experience. The villa is staffed with a helper/ pembantu 3 times per week and gardener/pool cleaner 2 times per week. The rate Includes, linen changes 2 times per week or as necessary, water, gas, as well as rubbish and security fees. Electricity is not included

If you are interested in the yearly rate this is by negotiation and is dependant upon services and facilities required.

The villa is a 3 BEDROOM VILLA which very comfortably sleeps 6 adults. The villa was recently renovated to a high standard. It is fully furnished with a serviced swimming pool. Located on the beach side of Jl Danau Poso close to MertaSari beach and very close to the Mecure hotel in Sanur. It is 7 minutes’ walk to the beach, 10 minutes’ walk to shops restaurants and bars. The villa is staffed with a helper/ pembantu and gardener/pool cleaner. It comes with the following:-

- Fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, microwave, fridge, cutlery and cooking equipment

- All bedrooms have modern well-appointed ensuites.

- All linen towels and pool towels changed regularly as needed.
