- Low Season: IDR 88,000,000 per month

- High Season: IDR 108,000,000 per month

- Peak Season: IDR 120,000,000 per month

Season Dates:

- Low Season: January 11 - May 31, September 1 - December 20

- High Season: June 1 - August 31

- Peak Season: December 21 - January 10

- Capacity: 4 people (2 bedrooms with king-size beds). Extra beds can be added to the rooms.

- Living and Lounge Area (Ground Floor): Enclosed living room, indoor dining area with a large table, sunken living room, and ceiling fan.

- Kitchen (Ground Floor): Fully equipped kitchen with a blender, Italian espresso maker, rice cooker, and a wide selection of cookware, including pots, pans, serving dishes, trays, and more. Sufficient forks, spoons, knives, and plates are provided for everyone in the family. Complimentary coffee, tea, sugar, and drinking water are provided.

- Pool: One spacious private pool and one rooftop infinity pool. Pool fencing for children can be arranged in advance for an additional fee.

- Bedrooms: Two bedrooms with king-size beds and en-suite bathrooms.

- Housekeeping 3 times per week (no housekeeping on Sundays) between 9 am and 1 pm.

- Bed linen is changed once a week. Additional changes can be arranged upon request for an additional fee.

- Check-out time is before 10 AM. Please ensure that you leave the property before 10 AM.

- Smoking and partying are not allowed on the premises.

- Air conditioning is available in the bedroom area only.

- There is no housekeeping service on Sundays. Please request in advance if necessary.

- If you have any special requests, please inquire and communicate them in advance. This will allow us to make the necessary preparations and ensure that your needs are met during your stay.

- Smoking is not allowed in the villa.
