- Check-in time starts at 15:00. Please plan your arrival accordingly.

- Check out time maximum at 12:00

- A security deposit, known as a bond, is required from guests. This deposit should be prepared and handed over to the villa manager upon check-in. The security deposit serves to cover any potential damages or losses that may occur during your stay. The full amount of the deposit will be refunded upon check-out if there are no damages or losses detected. The amount of security deposit will be informed in message.
